Manganese ore

Manganese ore is the most common anhydrous or hydrous manganese oxide and manganese carbonate. The most important and most economic value manganese ore is pyrolusite and psilomelane. Most of the manganese ore contains quite a lot of water.
Manganese ore generally contains these impurities of silica, phosphorus, lead, sulfur, aluminum, arsenic, barium, calcium, magnesium, potassium and sodium, sometimes in the manganese ore layer, it is associated with copper, cobalt, nickel and other precious metals, therein the silicon dioxide, sulfur, phosphorus and arsenic are harmful impurities, while calcium oxide, magnesium oxide for smelting are beneficial components.

1. Applicative Technology: Rotary Hearth Furnace Technology

Uses the rotary hearth furnace technology to process Manganese ore, the ferromanganese material in pellet is reduced and molten in condition of high temperature, realize the separation of slag and ferromanganese, final product is granular ferromanganese , tailings may be made into baking-free brick or cement admixture as building materials.
